Abstract

The article presents the importance and directions of activities affecting the development of electromobility in Poland. The assumptions of the Electromobility Development Programme were presented and the expected effects and assumed time of its implementation were indicated. Instruments stimulating the demand for electric vehicles and privileges to be used by users of these vehicles have been presented. There are also examples of incentives and solutions used in other countries, whose task is to popularize electric vehicles. The aim of the article is to determine the level of Poland’s advancement in the implementation of the objectives of the electromobility program and the impact of taken actions on the shaping of sustainable transport.
