Abstract

The article discusses the problems of determining the internal and external conditions for a company that can decide about outsourcing. Identification of the specific circumstances which naturally determine the economic and functional benefits of using outsourcing will allow small and medium-sized enterprises to facilitate action in the conditions of economic uncertainty for small and middle enterprises. Conducting analyses of the business environment, the market and the correct formulation of the aims of outsourcing, allow obtaining the maximum effects of its use. Taking into account the conditions of economic uncertainty that accompany all taken decisions and actions, only procedure based on precisely formulated scheme, will reduce the risk occurring in the way of transition to outsourcing. Conducted survey in Ukrainian companies manufacturing, using standardized direct interview, allowed us to build an authorial decision-making model related with the implementation of outsourcing process.
