Development of Scientific Journals
The journal CTO is a beneficiary of the Minister of Science and Higher Education's program "Development of Scientific Journals." The agreement between the State Treasury - Minister of Education and Science and the University of Szczecin was signed on December 22, 2022. The program's objective is to support Polish scientific literature towards increasing its international recognition and enhancing the substantive quality of publications. The program aims to facilitate the digitization process for journals and adaptation to global publishing standards through management assistance, improving the review procedure, and efforts towards indexing in prestigious databases. An essential element is also promoting open access to scientific content, resulting in the dissemination of knowledge and its availability to a broader audience. The program offers financial support for those journals that demonstrate a high level of quality and have the potential for further development.
