Abstract

Working in unstable environments and making high-risk decisions makes it difficult to make rational decisions. However, thanks to a method such as decision trees or other multicriteria methods, both man and business are much better prepared to make decisions, and thus increase the likelihood that the decision is correct. This article is devoted to the use of multicriteria decision trees in a manufacturing enterprise. The aim of the study is to present and explain the decision tree method and its application as well as to present the results of the research on the example of the production company. The article uses a multi-criteria method, literature review and case study.
