Abstract

The aim of the article is to identify changes in the value and structure of capital flows to developing countries in 2009–2016. The paper consists of two parts. First net capital flows to developing countries were analysed in relation to their geographical structure and forms of investments. Then gross capital flows to developing countries were analyzed. In the period of growing gross capital flows such analysis allows to better understand changes in net capital flows. The research results show that recent slow dawn of capital flows to developing countries resulted from smaller inflows and bigger outflows of capital from developing countries.
