Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the concept of the use of behavioral economics in the regulatory policy. After the introductory remarks in the first section of the paper the issues concerning the regulation in the economy were presented. Another section includes selected problems regarding behavioral economics. In the third section the implications of behavioral economics in the regulatory policy were discussed. The possibilities of supplementing the gap related to the effi ciency of regulatory policy in the context of building a relationship between the regulator and the market players subjected to regulation were shown in the article.
