Abstract
Taxes are the essential part of state budget. State budget is the main tool of fiscal policy in every country. It is the most important part of the government, whose primary function is to finance public goods. Every natural person is obliged to pay taxes, they are collected non-refundable, free of charge, as a result of laws and free cash benefits.
