The topic is related to the adaptation of market forms of aviation activities to the conditions that followed the introduction of deregulation, liberalization and globalization and air transport. It outlines the options for a global recession, identifying ways to expand active participation in the globalization process, radically reducing costs and finding more profitable markets and destinations. It has been shown that airlines under unstable economic conditions are compelled to participate in strategic alliance partnerships and bilateral agreements, gaining conditions to overcome long-term crises. The prediction for the development of the civilian communications sector, which indicate that this sector is in an upward trend, are also presented.
