Abstrakt

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badania ilościowego (ankieta), na podstawie którego zidentyfikowane zostały moduły doświadczeń w usłudze edukacyjnej w szkolnictwie wyższym. W ich skład wchodzą wymiary: intelektualny, relacyjny (2 moduły), behawioralny (2 moduły), emocjonalny i sensoryczny. Ponadto zweryfikowano związek wyróżnionych modułów z lojalnością studentów wobec uczelni i postrzeganiem jej wizerunku. Związek ten najsilniejszy jest dla modułów intelektualnego i emocjonalnego. W końcowej części artykułu zawarte są praktyczne implikacje wynikające z badania.
