Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono tzw. zdolność przedsiębiorstwa do współtworzenia wartości z klientem jako wyłaniający się obiekt badań w marketingu i zaproponowano narzędzie pomiarowe służące do pomiaru tej zdolności. Zaprezentowane są też wyniki badań bezpośrednich umożliwiające ocenę zaproponowanego modelu pomiarowego, a także wnioski dotyczące możliwości wykorzystania tego modelu w dalszych badaniach.
