Abstract

The aim of the article is to describe the relationship between diversity management in organization and its financial performance. The paper is based on the literature review. The research sample includes the quality papers retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. As a result of the analysis, the hypothesis about the existence of a relationship between the diversity management and the financial performance of the organization has been positively verified. However the relationship is not clear, as authors present research both on negative and on positive consequences of diversity management for financial performance. In addition, the moderating influence of various elements on the nature of the relationship between the diversity and efficiency of the organization has been emphasized.
