Abstract

The aim of the article is to analyze the relationship between employee engagement and remuneration justice. Judgment of justice requires the determination of its identity. The need to redefine the concept of justice used in the field of management science was noticed. It indicated the nature of engagement and its connections with justice. Based on the results of empirical research the remuneration justice of Polish employees was diagnosed. The aspects of engagement correlated with the perception of justice were investigated. The conclusions from the conducted analysis contain the directions for further research into fairness of remuneration.
