Abstract

Negotiation processes within contemporary organizations are very complex and changeable, determined by turbulent environment. Therefore it is necessary to seek for effective methodological tools for conducting those processes, including the ones needed for the evaluation of negotiations’ outcomes. In particular it is required to elaborate the set of criteria for such evaluation, especially concerning one of the key dimensions of that evaluation, i.e. relationships between negotiating parties. Thus the objective of the paper is to present the original concept of such criteria within author’s methodological framework of negotiations evaluation. Firstly, that framework has been characterized. Secondly, the issue of relationships between the parties of negotiations has been raised. Thirdly, the suggested criteria for the evaluation of those relationships have been described. Finally, the suggested concept has been summarized as well as the direction for the studies on its improvement have been pointed out. The paper is of theoretical and methodological character. It has been based mostly on authors’ own ideas and experience.
