Abstract

The research problem in the article concerns the analysis of the creative space of the production enterprise. The aim of the article is to select elements influencing the creative space of the production enterprise and review of tools to identify the creative climate in the workplace. For this purpose, the exploratory method used in the analysis of available literature in the scope of the study was used. The analysis shows that an important element influencing the creative space of an enterprise is the creation of appropriate environmental and psychosocial conditions. This can be done by supporting the creative activities of employees on the part of the organization, as well as the higher level and co-workers. This factor appears in all analyzed questionnaires to identify creative climate in the workplace. The analysis of key elements influencing creativity in the workplace also revealed the creativity barriers. These include negative relations between employees, lack of intellectual stimulation, or lack of support of the management. An important element of a pro-innovation culture is also the determination of appropriate activities leading to the development and enhancement of creative potential. These include undoubtedly the assessment of the creativity of employees. Two questionnaires were prepared for the measurement of creativity: the questionnaire of creative attitude and the questionnaire of the work sample.
