Abstract
The subject of discussion is to show the changes that have taken place in the level of globalization in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the context of two other important socio-economic processes of recent decades: systemic transformation and economic integration. They are preceded by a description of the scope of research and the research method. The following sections present a current level of globalization of individual countries and changes in its level in the years 1990–2017. The last part discusses the impact of systemic transformation and integration with the European Union on the level of globalization of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the interrelationship between them. The Summary presents conclusions resulting from the conducted research.
