Abstract

Currently, the working industry is treated as the main source of creating value of enterprises and its competitive advantage. In relation to the above, the author of the study poses the question – did changes that occurred in the last few years in the industrial sector caused that the structure of the employed was converted? The answer to the question is preceded by the analysis of the structure. In addition, the aim of the study is to indicate seasonal fluctuations and to estimate the number of employed in the industrial sector for 2019 in selected industry sections.
