Abstract
In the face of increasing environmental and social problems steering the organization they are predisposed to the effi cient and effective management of the company with a view to balancing the needs of intergenerational. The study was proposed competency model of managers, which includes the skills needed for the realization of the objectives of a sustainable organization. The study was based on secondary sources, using the method of desk research and experience and rethink their own authors.
