Abstract

The reason to undertake research topic are problems with the implementation of the National Afforestation Programme (KPZL). More than twenty years of its implementation shows the diverse nature of obstacles. Aspect considered in this paper is the relation between the structure of land ownership and implementation of the KPZL. The study analyzed also the spatial differences between the regions in the implementation of the KPZL.
