Abstract

The article indicates that the management of compound partner based in the area of transport mainly on outsourcing, one can highlight a particularly critical phase, which – when implemented properly – expose a co-operator at disproportionate risk and pose a threat not only to the success of the partnership, but also for the ability to function the company in general. The study demonstrated that the risk assessment project on cooperation in the field of transport between the operator of the TSL and SMEs requires a holistic view of the company and outsourcing project. In the process of managing partnerships should be analyzed not only the motives, because of which the company decide to take the cooperation and the factors that can potentially contribute to the success “of the established” relationships, but mostly risk factors associated with cooperation.
