Abstract

The paper discusses the issue of modernizing of interorganizational processes. The starting point for problem analysis is the X-engineering technique proposed for the modernization of this process category. The improvement of organizational processes is based on the optimal use of ICT. The article presents basic models of process automation as well as models used to define a solu-tion that takes into account the requirements and interests of all process stakeholders. Finally the article proposes a procedure for the modernization of interorganizational processes.
