Abstract

Despite the actions in favor new members of the european Union (EU), still visible is the diversity of the development of its two main regions – western and eastern. resulting from this economic and social problems affect the whole EU community. Preliminary research showed that coopetition of sMes and increasing the analytical potential of data through their sharing and integration, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of strategy results and durability of its implementation. On this basis it was proposed the development of a digital platform concept what aim is to facilitate communication between coopetition partners, enabling safe collection and sharing of data resources, and the supply of analytical and advisory services in the field of competitive strategy. The objective of its implementation is to reduce the impact of these differences and limitations that will not change in long-term perspective for the ability to stable and sustainable development of competitiveness in individual groups, regions and countries of the EU.
