Abstract
The scientists have worked on theory of transport (both in field of technics and economics sciences) since beginning of XIX century. The theory of the transport economics (Verkehrswirtschaft) has been developed for last 60 years. Nowadays we see that the biggest challenge makes the shift of the research from the activities on the transport service markets in particular countries to the global market. It is important to find a difference between activities in the epoch of the Third Industrial Revolution and in the current epoch of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The offer for students who attend to studies at the first level (bachelor), second (master) or even third level (doctor) should be extended to give them a knowledge, abilities and competences, which they have to use during their professional career until 2050 or even longer. The special importance has the challenge for university graduates who should be able to understand, create and implement the disruptive innovations in modern systems of transport and in the dynamic chains of added value.
