Abstract

Employer Branding is a relatively new concept, which evolves according to the needs of companies and with respect to changing market challenges. The article presents the change in the perception of the importance of employer brand: from recruitment to the need to attract talent by companies operating within the dynamic supply chains. Consequently, the model of attractivess of employer have been presented, as well as tools which are used to communicate with employees. The application of the Employer Branding concept is demonstrated at the example of selected logistics service companies.
