Abstrakt

Proces marketingu rozumiany jako definiowanie, tworzenie i dostarczanie wartości dla klienta może być realizowany w ramach rozszerzonej sieci kompetencji. Jednym z podmiotów tej sieci jest klient–konsument. Koncepcja Customer Engagement (CE) opisuje aktywność konsumenta (aktualnego lub potencjalnego klienta) rozumianą jako jego angażowanie (się) we współtworzenie wartości z przedsiębiorstwem lub/i innymi konsumentami. Przedsiębiorstwa branży odzieżowej mają szczególne możliwości w zakresie angażowania klientów w proces marketingu, co wynika ze specyfiki oferowanej kategorii produktowej. W artykule dokonano przeglądu interpretacji CE funkcjonujących w literaturze marketingowej (ujęcie wąskie oraz szerokie) oraz systematyki form CE. Na gruncie wąskiej interpretacji CE, w perspektywie zarządczej, opracowano klasyfikację form CE.
