Abstract

The issue related to motivating and employee involvement are still extremely important, inspiring to constantly new scientific research. This article presents the results of original empirical studies, devoted to the assessment of the impact of the organizational culture of the enterprise on the level of motivation and commitment declared by employees. The study of statistically significant differences between variables was carried out using the Chi-square test of Pearson’s independence. The key added value of the presented considerations is the indication of the organizational culture model, which determines the highest and the lowest level of the research categories listed above constituting a source of valuable information for enthusiasts of modern management
