Abstract

The article proposes a thesis that one of the ways to answer the challenges posed by new generations of recipients C and L is to apply the principles of design management in the practice of the actions of organizations. The study has a theoretical character and will be verified empirically in the future. The article describes the reason of dealing with the issues, the essence of design management as well as the dichotomy of generations of recipients. On the basis of literature analysis, recommendations have been made on how to use the rules of design management in company actions, giving the answer to the needs of new generations. An integral part of the study is the conclusion.
