The Scientific Journal Marketing and Management (until 2015 titled the Scientific Journal of the University of Szczecin, the Problems of Management, Finance and Marketing) presents the scientific achievements and research results in various aspects concerning primarily marketing and management. Both trends and developments in the behavior of today's organizations and consumers are indicated, as well as the instruments of implementation of the planned changes. The journal invites researchers from Polish and foreign research centers. The authors refer to various issues - from general aspects to specific solutions. The journal aims to provide a forum for publication and dissemination of original research results from various research centers. The main category of academic disciplines of the journal is social science, in particular economics and business with a special focus on management, economics, administration, cognitive science and social communication. The journal has adopted to the market demands by changing the title in the beginning of 2016, yet the continuity of the series is maintained. It is continuously published by the Szczecin University Press. The scientific editor is Professor Grażyna Rosa. The first issue was published in 1999.
The journal applies an open access policy.
The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of its articles. The journal allows authors to hold their copyrights without any restrictions.
Papers are published in both Polish and foreign languages (e.g. English, German, Russian, French). The journal is published quarterly.
