Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this study is to assess the application possibilities, reliability and threats of performance measures which can be used in the research on the interorganizational trust outcomes. Design/methodology/approach – The partial method of systematic review of literature has been applied in the research. The authors reviewed 17 studies included 31 measurements of performance trust outcomes. Findings – The authors assessed that process performance measures have the highest applicability in the research on interorganizational trust outcomes. The analysis also gave a conclusion that there is a highest applicability of Likert scale than of primary financial data. Originality/value – The work consists of summary of the research methodologies of other authors. The evaluation of research tools, which use performance measurements can be a basis for future research standards in this area. It also can be a contribution to analysis tools creation in area of intellectual capital.
