Abstrakt
The aim of the article is to present local development in selected communes. The analysis involves generally binding acts accessed in Commune Offices, and a survey conducted among the inhabitants of those communes. The first part of the article brings definitions concerning local development, and discusses factors influencing the development of communes. The second part contains a review of regulations of generally binding law and local law. The third part contains the analysis of the survey conducted in rural communes. The deliberations close with conclusions on the local development of communes.
