Abstract

The issues of priority requirements in Agile play a key role on the road to obtain customer satisfaction and success of the project. Beginning from the priority of the organization objectives, pay attention to existing hierarchical relationships between the different levels of priorities, adequate to the relationship between objectives and priorities. Due to the existence of several relevant factors for determining the priorities, as well as the basic principles of Agile, shows the two methods appropriate for this environment. For example, a subset of the requirements to learn how to use the Wiegers method.
