Abstrakt
The subject of this article is to identify persons responsible for carrying out loading operations, inclusive of the stowing of the consignment on the vehicle and operations in the form of securing the consignment for the time of carriage in international transport. The author, interpreting individual international conventions autonomously, based on the views of the science of law and the rich case law of the European courts, has tried to formulate the rules applicable in this respect in particular branches of transport.
