Central European Journal of Sport Sciences and Medicine is an open access scientific quarterly journal issued by the Faculty of Physical Culture and Health Promotion of the University of Szczecin. CEJSSM is published only in English. The journal is a continuation of the Research Bulletin of the Institute of Physical Culture issued since 1990 in which at first the research of faculty employees was presented, and afterwards also the manuscripts from external scientific institutions.
Due to the dynamic development, the Journal received 5 points from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Thanks to the high level of scientific research presented in the Journal and the interest of foreign scientists whose manuscripts had been published in every issue of Central European Journal of Sport Sciences and Medicine, in 2015 the Journal was granted 12 points by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Today CEJSSM presents the latest scientific achievements in the fields of physical culture, sports medicine and health promotion from the USA, Brazil, India, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Germany, Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and other countries.
