Abstract
The idea of Europe of the regions derived from the federalist concept. One of the varieties is the vision of Europe a hundred flags by Yann Fouéré. The symbol of hundred flags to reflect the diversity of European regions mapped by a plurality of regions rather than a plurality of states. Symbol 100 flag has become a clear hallmark of autonomist ideas proponents calling for change in the focus of decision-making in Europe. The author describes the basic working assumption of that vision.
